NIPUNA - Satyam BPO is looking for Associates for the following positions
Voice - Technical / Customer Support
- Graduates / Post-graduates / Diploma holders from any educational background (including BE/BTech)
- 0-3 years of experience in Technical / Billing / Customer Service processes
- Basic knowledge in technical concepts like ISP, LAN, Operating Systems, TCP/IP (for the technical profiles only)
Voice Coach
- 6-12 months of relevant experience
- Identify and minimize gauge issues
- Knowledge in developing course content
Voice & Accent Trainers
- Minimum 12 months of experience in training
- Classroom training of new hires
Quality Analyst
- 6-12 months of relevant experience
- Identify and minimize gauge issues
Universal Coach
- Minimum 6-12 months of relevant experience
- Prior experience in call monitoring
- Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to Associates
- Maintain and minimize gauge issues through call calibration
Pre-requisites for the above positions
- Ability to work in shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
All positions are based in Hyderabad
