Job Description:
Incumbent should be responsible to work independently with clients on Interactive requirement. Trouble shooting and programming skills in ConfirmIT. Analyzing the questionnaire. Interaction with the client for any clarifications. Programming using confirmit as well as custom programming. Meeting the timelines for delivery of the link. Launching the survey for different sample vendors according to client requirements. Preparation of data maps for close and open end data. Setting up the reports for the survey. To contribute both directly and indirectly to the projects by taking support initiatives needed to ensure success and to mentor team members. To demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively interact with multiple business units globally.
