Enterprise Support - Level 2 - Technical Support Engineer
Job Description:
* Provide applicaiton support to enterprise support customersworldwide on client's products
* AchieveCustomer satisfaction and other productivity parameters specified in the KRA
* Inputs to improve process and knowledge base
* Excellent Team Player
Candidate Profile:
* Good knowledge in Windows Server 2003, IIS, ADS, FSMO, DHCP and DNS
* Candidates with MCSE or MCSA or MCP certifications are preferred BUT NOT MANDATORY
* Good communication skills
* Candidates should be open for rotational shifts
* Enterprise support experience will be an added advantage
