Need to handle customer calls through phone and tool.
calls need to Forward to Engineers and ones they close it -need to update in tool and mail..
Maintaining reports for calls and other activities.
Candidate Profile:
Must be good in interpersonal Skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Must Have knowledge of MS Office.
Experience: 0 - 5 Years
