Job Description:
Role: Currently we are recruiting for the role of Support Analysts for our Gurgaon office. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring support activity flows for our core market-leading software systems PropCo Professional and PropCo Enterprise used by our large client base in the U.K. You will also provide complete support for all PropCo systems, including escalation level support, coordination with clients and team members, software installations and technical documentation etc. Full training will be given to the successful candidates on the operational and technical aspects of the system. The ideal candidates must meet the following requirements.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a Computer Applications (Or equivalent work experience)
Good understanding of computer networking technologies (WAN/LAN)
Knowledge of MySQL is desirable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/ Server 2003 and Linux OS will also add an advantage to your application.
