1)Receiving Calls from the Internal Customers.
2)Logging the calls in the specific Software/Excel.
3)Allocation of these calls to the available engineers.
4)Call tracking till resolution.
5)Preparing and updating daily Reports/MIS.
Desired Profile:
1)Excellent Communication, Inter-personal and interaction Skills.
2)Positive attitude with good grasping/learning ability.
3)Knowledge of MS-Office.
