SW and HW upgrade of BSS elements on Global release.
Manages tools,test equipment,spare units for BSCs.
Ensure development &motivation of reporting staff Monitoring team,Care team,Operations Manager,NOC
Manager,Subcontractors,3rd party vendors organization
