Support Professional / Sr. Support Professional - Non- voice Technical process

Competencies Required:
HSC with 6 months of work experience/ Fresh Graduate
Good Written communication skills
Open to flexible hours, night shifts.
Basic understanding of computer functionality and internet service.

Job Profile:
Solving customer queries by providing technical support through chat and e-mail.
To monitor on a day to day basis the incoming tickets
Adding of customer data to the tool, ensuring the data is accurate and appropriate.

Walk-In Date:
Monday to Friday between: 11.00am to 4.00pm with a copy of your updated CV.
Saturday between 11.00am to 2.00pm
