Job Description:
Design, implementation and management of the deployment of a Disaster Recovery solution for online banking institution. The solution combined redundancy elements to allow high availability to the core business critical application in the event of a given system being unavailable or a major site disaster.
Multi-faced system architect role involving the definition of the overall IT strategy, creation and maintenance of the architecture, the establishment of principles to optimise the re-use of existing components within a major Europen financial institution. Working closely with the business managers, defining requirements and delivering solutions using across the whole range of VERITAS Products.
Design and implementation of a Disaster Recovery solution for a largest banking Client. The deployment to be based around Data Protection and High Availability, and included data replication and offsiting between production and development data centres.
