Job Description:
*Our client, a captive banking and financial services firm, has IMMEDIATE needs for top notch, career oriented Customer Service Executives who will operate as the front line relationship management for their customers.
* Provide voice based customer support to Citicorp customers who call from UK/US and address inquiries on various banking related operations.
* Responsibilities include assisting customers with online banking in our call center resolving problems via phone effectively as well as troubleshoot and problem solve customer issues.
* Handle escalations and process related query resolutions.
* Coordinate and provide support to the team and ensure workflow.
* Ensure that allocated volumes / quality standards and Service Level Agreements are met.
* A highly rewarding performance based incentive plan without any Upper-Limits.
