Implementation/Administration of Windows 2000/2003 and its features
Implementation/Administration of Exchange 5.5/2000/2003
Configuration of Windows 2003 as Active/Passive Cluster
Have a thorough knowledge of replication of AD, Trust Relationships and FSMO Roles
Thorough Knowledge on implementation of Disaster Recovery
Implementation of Exchange 2003 on Cluster Server
Must have knowledge on implementing Microsoft Exchange Securities and Anti-spam
Thorough Knowledge on Backup/Restore of Mailbox databases using MS technologies and Third party Tools.
Knowledge on Exchange designing , configuration and administration.
Implementaion of SMS/ MOM and troubule shooting
Installation and configuration of ISA
Hands-on experience on remote connection techonologies like VPN
Working knowlegde of third party tools for remote control like PC AnyWhere, VNC, Dameware, MS SMS
Remotly troubleshoot and maintain desktop/servers
Knowledge on ITIL framework
Thorough Knowledge on Networking Concepts including Network Security
Field support experience atleast 2 years
Certifications: MCSE with elective as Exchange 2003/2007
Preferred skills: Knowledge on Migration of non-Microsoft Mail Server to Microsoft Mail Servers.
Knowledge on MS LCS / OCS
Knowledge on Third Party Clustering Technologies (Eg :Veritas)
