Strong Core Java & J2EE Knowledge(EJB/JSP/Servlets)
XML and Related Technologies (Parsers, XSLT etc)
Oracle 9i & other RDBMS will be a plus
Usage & implementation of J2EE Design Patterns
Exp in Struts Framework
Exp in Hibernate
Good Design Skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
Struts 6 months Minimum is mandatory
Knowledge on Any Application server
Knowledge on any IDE(RAD, Eclipse etc)
Knowledge in Java Messaging Service
Preferred Skill Sets:
Banking Domain Experience
Spring Framework
