Job Description:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical engineering with 2- 4 years of shop floor experience in light precision engineering company.
Candidate is required manage the inspection of incoming, wip and finished goods.
Ensure the entire value stream product quality and process capability through Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Ensure the validation of our manufacturing & test processes and set control limits for input variables so that product is always in conformance with 'quality specifications.
Understanding product 'CTQs' (Critical to Quality parameters), developing & validating test methods for these CTQs, developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), implementing these SOPS and training the associates in these.
Identify route cause for all the defects found during inspection.
Focus and lead Quality Function from Quality control to quality assurance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Excellent English communication is must.
Knowledge of Press and welding Processes is must.
Experience in working with precision components and assemblies
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Ability to resolve Quality problems
Knowledge of ISO System is must.
Responsible for leading quality function to quality assurance.
