Job Description:
* To assist and guide customers of Bank of America on a real-time mode
* The ability to follow a logical, analytical approach to business conversation and chat dialogue and sales processes
* Maintain an unwavering focus on delighting the customer/client
* Take ownership and delivers high-quality work characterized by exactness and completeness
* May involve relationship deepening in order to meet the customers' needs
* Ability to apply functional/technical expertise
Candidate Profile:
* Any graduate except BE / BTECH / BCA / MCA
* 0-3 yrs exp in BPO / customer interaction
* Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good typing skills (30 words per minute)
* Flexibility to working in Night Shift
* Analytical and judgment skills
