Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferable skills - Working knowledge of any ORM tool like hibernate,toplink etc. Knowledge of iBatis persistence framework could be an added advantage. Writing and understanding Use Cases, writing Test Cases, Understanding of RUP and SOA concepts.
